- 2 Pork cutlets
- 1 Egg
- 1tbsp All purpose flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt for seasoning
- Pepper for seasoning
Japanese Curry
- 1/2 Japanese curry roux
- 1 Carrot
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 700ml Water

Preparing Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet)
- Slightly cut the edges of the pork cutlet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine 1 egg, 1tbsp all purpose flour and some water.
- Soak the seasoned pork cutlet with the egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Deep fried the pork cutlet until golden.
Preparing Japanese Curry
- Cut the carrot, potatoes and yellow onion into small pieces.
- Cook the ingredients with 700ml about 15 minutes or until soft.
- Add in the Japanese curry roux and stir until thick.
- Serving hot with rice.
