Ingredients

Tonkatsu (Pork Butlet)

  • 2 Pork cutlets
  • 1 Egg
  • 1tbsp All purpose flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt for seasoning
  • Pepper for seasoning

Japanese Curry

  • 1/2 Japanese curry roux
  • 1 Carrot
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 700ml Water

Preparing Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet)

  1. Slightly cut the edges of the pork cutlet.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine 1 egg, 1tbsp all purpose flour and some water.
  4. Soak the seasoned pork cutlet with the egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Deep fried the pork cutlet until golden.

Preparing Japanese Curry

  1. Cut the carrot, potatoes and yellow onion into small pieces.
  2. Cook the ingredients with 700ml about 15 minutes or until soft.
  3. Add in the Japanese curry roux and stir until thick.
  4. Serving hot with rice.

  • 2 猪排
  • 1 鸡蛋

日式咖喱

  • 1/2 日式咖喱块
  • 1 萝卜
  • 3 马铃薯/土豆
  • 1 大洋葱
  • 700ml 水

炸猪排

  1. 稍微将猪肉的边缘切一下。
  2. 用盐和胡椒粉调味。
  3. 搅拌1鸡蛋,1tbsp 面粉和水。
  4. 将猪排沾上蛋液后再沾上面包屑。

日式咖喱

  1. 将萝卜,马铃薯和大洋葱切块。
  2. 水煮所有材料15分钟或至软化。
  3. 加入咖喱块后搅拌至浓稠。
  4. 拌饭最好吃。
